| From the North via New York State Thruway/Route 287: |
| Take NY State Thruway South to the Tappan Zee Bridge. Take Exit 8 onto Rt. 287 (Cross-Westchester Expressway). Take Exit 3 onto the Sprain Brook Parkway South (to NYC). Sprain Brook Parkway turns into the Bronx River Parkway. Take Exit 7W / Fordham Rd. (US 1). Proceed west (passing the Bronx Zoo on your left and the New York Botanical Garden on your right). Continue under the underpass onto East Fordham Road. Proceed for approximately four blocks and 1 Fordham Plaza is on your left. |
| From the North via I-84 or I-684/Hutchinson River Parkway: |
| Follow I-84 West to Brewster, NY. Exit to 684 South. 684 changes to the Hutchinson River Parkway South. Exit to Pelham Parkway West. Continue on Pelham Parkway (passing the Bronx Zoo on your left and the New York Botanical Garden on your right), proceed under the underpass onto East Fordham Road. Proceed for approximately four blocks and 1 Fordham Plaza is on your left. |

| Take the West Side Highway to Exit 95, then get onto the 87and 95 split, and take 87 (Major Deegan Expressway) to Fordham Road. Drive down approximately one mile and a quarter to Fordham Road and Third Avenue. 1 Fordham Plaza is located on your right, on the corner of Third Avenue across the street from Fordham University and the Metro North train station. |
