Giving back to the community is an important part of SOL. We hope to build relationships with the community in our target areas - including individuals, families, organizations, schools, businesses, and other groups - so that we can work together on addressing leading health issues and making SOL's efforts a success.

The CFC's community relations activities include:

• Contributing to Health Education and Awareness through Media
• Identifying and Connecting Participants with Referral Information
